Payment terms for an Inch N Space project:
You can seize a deal with us by paying 10% of the total estimated project cost or 25,000 INR, whichever is higher.
Once you have seized a deal with us, we will take measurements of the space to start with designs. We will work on designing your space keeping your requirements, needs, and budget in consideration. The actual estimate will be updated after the design and may vary according to the selection of material by the client.
Once designs are locked, you need to pay 40% of the total estimated cost to place an order for production and execution. We will start the execution of civil work on-site and furniture production at our factory. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the order date.
100% advance payment is applicable for e-commerce orders on the website.
Payment Gateway Fee: Gateway fee shall be waived off for the first installment paid by the customer. An invoice can be downloaded from Inch N Space Hub. A non-refundable gateway fee of 2% (including GST) per transaction shall be levied on payments made by customers against a project.
Mentioned below are the types of orders and pre-defined execution milestones for a clear picture of your payment schedule. At the execution milestone, 40 - 50% of the work in terms of the order value is completed. Once the order reaches this milestone, the balance 50% payment is due.

In case your booking fee is already adjusted against an order(s), the following payment terms will apply for all subsequent orders. A 50% payment is required.
Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in project completion. Inch N Space is not liable for any such delay.
In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money.
Booking Fee: 10% of your projected quote (or Rs 25,000, whichever is higher) is taken as a token amount to seize the deal with Inch N Space services.
Design in Progress: This stage refers to the active design stage where you and your designer will finalize all the designs of your home. Before the final Sales Order is raised, any product in the tentative quotation can be replaced or removed. Should you choose to cancel the project at this point, you will receive no refund post 24 hours of making the deal booking. This fee will go towards your designer’s time and effort in making the initial pitch and quotations.
Sales Order: This is the final order raised by your designer to send all your designs/products/services into execution. This will be raised post payment of 50% of your order value.
Manufacturing and Installation: This stage is after your final Sales Order is raised. All your products/designs will go into manufacturing. At this point, Inch N Space cannot offer to cancel, replace, or modify items.
After 24 hours of seizing the deal, there is no refund available on the cancellation of the services.
We don’t provide any refunds on cancellation or return.
Ecommerce orders are delivered in 15 working days from the order date. Interior project timelines are discussed at the time of the project and are added in the contract.
You can claim repair of the items that come under the warranty. The warranty is eligible for all types of manufacturing defects in the product. To know the warranty period and warranty terms, please refer to the warranty description on the product page on www.inchnspace.com.
